Wagamamas X Tribe and Us

We recently got invited to our local Colchester Wagamamas for dinner, we have never been out to dinner as a family of Five so Craig and I were very nervous and had no idea how it was going to work. Being outnumbered when you go anywhere is always really overwhelming but going out for dinner is another level of parenting.

When we got to Wagamamas we were taken to our table and it was a booth style table, now anyone who is a parent knows that when they see a booth style table it's like winning the lottery. An adult at each end and boom you have created and mini playpen, your kids are contained and cant run free in the restaurant. First, win to Wagamamas, second win was colouring and origami on the tables, entertainment straight away which made me feel calmer.

The kid's menu was amazing, Marcie had Mini Chicken Ramen, Bodhi had Mini Chicken Katsu and Rowe had Cod Cubes with Curry sauce. We had a waitress called Teresa and she was ace, she had a fancy tablet thing which meant she took the kids orders and sent them off to the kitchen so the food came out really quickly third win to Wagamamas.

Craig and I love Wagamamas so we enjoyed our food as always, the kids were given some awesome giant wooden Tweezers which was great because it took them longer to eat which meant us parents had time to eat too.

I would 100% recommend Wagamamas to any nervous parents wanting to go out for a family dinner.
